Your first individual therapy session with me is free.
It’s a chance for you to get a feel for how I work, to tell me what’s going on, and to see whether this feels like the right space for you. There’s no obligation to continue — just time to talk, ask questions, and breathe a little.
Each session lasts up to 50 minutes. There is no particular structure to our sessions, no unnecessary form-filling and there are no limits on the number of sessions you can have. Some people find six sessions are enough for them, whilst others prefer a longer-term relationship. The choice is yours.
I understand that everyone's financial circumstances are different, so I offer a range of fees to suit your situation. My fees are as follows:
You are also welcome to choose a fee between these amounts if that feels more manageable. My goal is to make therapy accessible without causing undue stress, and I trust you to select what works best for you. If you have questions about fees or need to discuss a different arrangement, please don't hesitate to reach out.
There is no judgment attached to the fee you choose—my priority is to create a safe space for your well-being.
I am currently offering face-to-face sessions from Upper Street, N1. I also work online or over the telephone.
If you need help urgently and are in the UK please contact your local NHS urgent mental health helpline, the Samaritans, text "SHOUT" to Shout Crisis Text Line at 85258 or call the emergency services (dial 999).
