One Session. One Moment. Just for You

Sometimes, one session is enough.
To feel heard. To be witnessed. To sit with someone who’s fully present with you.
Single Session Therapy (SST) offers a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect, without pressure or expectation to return.

Whether this is your first time in therapy, a return after some time away, or a way to honour something important in your life right now, this session is yours.

Why People Choose Single Session Therapy

There’s no obligation to continue, and you're always welcome to come back if you’d like to.

How It Works

You choose the space that feels right for you:

  • 50 minutes
    Suggested fee: £70 — sliding scale: £60–£100
    A steady, focused space to bring whatever’s most present.
  • 90 minutes
    Suggested fee: £100 — sliding scale: £90–£130
    A spacious session for when there’s more to hold or explore.


You’re invited to choose a fee that feels fair and manageable for you. This might reflect your financial circumstances, what the session means to you, or what feels right in this moment.


Sessions are available online or in person. You’re welcome to bring whatever feels most alive: there’s no right or wrong way to use the time.

Is This Right for You?

Single Session Therapy can be a good fit if:

  • You want to be heard and held without committing to ongoing therapy.
  • You’re experiencing a transition, decision, or moment of intensity.
  • You’d like to try therapy gently or return after a break.
  • You’re seeking emotional relief or clarity in a safe space. 

It may not be suitable if:

  • You’re in crisis or experiencing ongoing risk. In such cases, regular or specialist support is usually more appropriate.
